Terms of Service

By using ScienceSmart ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Service

You may use the Service to upload and grade PSLE Science practice papers and questions. You agree not to misuse the Service, such as uploading offensive or unlawful content.

2. Free and Paid Plans

Our Free Trial includes:

• 1 full OEQ paper grading
• 5 single questions gradings

Our paid plans are billed via Stripe:

• Essential — $22/month. Each child profile can grade up to 10 single questions and 1 full paper per week. The allowance refreshes every Monday.
• Unlimited — $35/month, billed every 3 months at $105, or $45/month billed monthly. Includes unlimited grading.
• Extra child — $18/month for each additional child profile, on top of any paid plan.

You may cancel anytime to stop future charges. Quarterly billing covers a 3-month period; no refunds are given for unused time in a billing period. Subscribers who joined on earlier plans keep their existing price and terms.

3. Accuracy and Feedback

We aim to provide accurate grading and helpful model answers using AI technology. However, results are not guaranteed to be error-free. You are responsible for how the feedback is interpreted and used.

4. Limitation of Liability

ScienceSmart is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

5. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.

6. Use of AI and Data

We use AI to analyze answers and provide feedback. However, your uploads, grading data, and personal information are not used to train our AI models. Your content is processed securely and solely for grading purposes.
